The Ballyshaners, Inc. is a non-profit, non-commercial, non-sectarian, non-partisan, 501(c)(3) tax exempt corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes.  All members of the organization are volunteers and do not receive compensation for their participation.  All proceeds generated from events sponsored by The Ballyshaners, Inc., are used for charitable and educational events.  All decisions are made without regard to race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, or disability (physical and mental).
